Not many commercial smokehouses can say they procure wild Alaskan salmon directly from the fisherman who caught it, but we can! Alaskan sockeye salmon is renowned the world over for its outstanding quality and rich flavor. Sugartown uses a premium brine for this salmon, which includes organic raw sugar & natural sea salt.
It is lovely in a salad, grain bowl, or on a charcuterie spread.
