Sugartown Specialties FAQ Information

1. What will my shipping cost be?
Shipping costs will be calculated from a quote generated by UPS based on where you live and our package size and weight.

2. What’s your return policy?
As our products are perishable and sold frozen, we are not allowed by law to take returns.

3. Can I track my package?
Yes. Once your UPS shipping label is created, a tracking number will be emailed to the email address provided with your order. Tracking will become active after the package enters the UPS system.

4. When can I expect my package to arrive?
To ensure freshness, shipping days are limited. Orders placed after Wednesday at 3pm will ship the following Monday. Orders placed on Monday or Tuesday usually ship the next day. We ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, with occasional Thursday shipments for nearby deliveries that require only one transit day.

5. Payment methods accepted?
All types of credit/debit cards are accepted. Apple Pay, Meta, Google Pay, Pay Pal, Shop, Venmo

6. Where do you currently ship?
We ship in the continental US. And cannot ship to PO Boxes.

7. How should I store the product once it arrives?
You can refrigerate it and enjoy it within 2 weeks or keep it frozen until you would like to thaw it under refrigeration. To enjoy it sooner, you can immerse it in and under cold running water for 30- 50 minutes. Once opened, enjoy it within four days. Food Safety please confirm that the recipient (addressee) will be home on the date your product will arrive.

8. How will the food be safely packaged to direct ship?
The food will be vacuum packaged and protected from touching the frozen gel package to protect its seal. If the seal is broken, enjoy it sooner, but thaw it in your refrigerator. Products come with an insert that shares storage and use.

9. Do you co-pack food products to be smoked?
Our seasoned crew has over 75 years of smoke-cooking wisdom and is ready to turn your wild ideas into smoked masterpieces. We offer co-packing services at our West Chester, Pa, smokehouse to bring your unique food products to life with our signature smoky touch. 10. Are Sugartown Smoked Food Products gluten free?
We are dedicated to providing delicious and safe options for all our customers. We proudly ensure that none of our ingredients contain gluten, allowing you to enjoy our offerings with confidence. The facility also does not process other products containing gluten. Your health and satisfaction are our top priorities.
