I live in the far West, where trout and salmon are plentiful, and smoked fish of the local variety are plentiful. Nobody smokes fish better than Sugartown, and I always stock up when I visit my sister in Pennsylvania. My family was so impressed I placed an order online once I returned. We have never tasted smoked trout as delicious as this. It's delicately smoked with wood that is perfectly matched to enhance the natural flavor of this incredible trout. Sugartown customer service is fantastic. We ordered the trout as a Christmas gift for family members in CA. and had questions about shipping. The owner himself took the time to call us back during a very busy time. Customer service at its finest!
