Bought 2 smoked duck breasts and picked up at the Lancaster County Farmers Market. The ducks were served cold as part of a charcuterie board, with the ducks serving as highlights. It was really successful because thr duck breasts were tender and flavorful. The fat was easily removed. Such a great offering, made easy with the order process & pickup at the farmers market. Our Thanksgiving contribution was welcomed by all!

I ordered the smokedpheasant as we weretraveling on thanksgiving but still wanted something fun. I deboned one pheasant and sliced the breast right before eating it. it was wonderful! and the darkmeat was even better!!! served it as a cold appetizer with whole cranberry sauce with orange zest diced orange and gelatin packet to thicken. Served with crackers -- it was superb and easy to prep -- a perfect holiday appetizer.BUY SOME

A slight unexpected sweetness that puts this over the top. Also, the salmon is a bit firmer than any nova I've ever had and slices are a bit thicker - both of which make this perfect. Will be ordering again.
