Sugartown Smoked Specialties - Safe Storage and Handling
Sugartown Smoked Specialties’ products are perishable and must be kept refrigerated or frozen. Except for the scallops (10 days), Sugartown’s products may be kept unopened in the refrigerator at 38 degrees or below for up to 3 weeks, or frozen for up to 6 months. After opening, please enjoy within four days!
Reheating Instructions:
All of our products are fully cooked and ready to enjoy. To reheat: Having thawed in your refrigerator, remove product from the packaging and place the thawed items in an oven-safe dish with one-half inch of water, cover tightly with aluminum foil, and place in a pre-heated 350 F oven (please use caution when removing foil). We offer the following rough guidelines for reheating. Please keep in mind that oven temperatures may vary. For safety, internal temperature should reach 165 degrees.
Pork Tenderloin - 20 min.
Pork Loin - 35 min.
Duck Breast - 20 min.
Whole Pheasant - 35 min
Quail - 15 min.
Ribs - 30 min.- mop with your favorite sauce first!
