Smoked Trout and fried Egg Breakfast Sandwich Recipe

You’ve never had an egg sandwich like this before! Cream cheese + sauteed greens + Sugartown Natural Smoked Trout = a flavor combination that will change the way you think about egg sandwiches. Prep time: 15 min

Ingredients: 

4 oz Cream cheese 

8 oz Fresh arugula or spinach, cooked 

1 ea Egg 

½ pack of Sugartown Natural Smoked Trout 

2 slices of bread - your choice!


Procedure:

1- Spread your favorite bread with flavored cream cheese of choice.

2- Add cooked arugula or spinach, season with salt.

3- Top with a lightly cooked fried egg.

4- Lay Smoked Trout on top of egg, Add salt, pepper & spices to taste. 

5- Enjoy!
