Creamy Pasta al Limone Wild Smoked Salmon Recipe

 

Ingredients:

12 oz. pasta of your choice, 1 cup heavy cream, 5-7 tbsp. butter, unsalted, one lemon (zest + juice), 1/2 cup Parmesan, 1/4-1/2 c. pasta water, one pack of Sugartown Smoked Wild Salmon, S&P to taste.

Method: Using a peeler, peel two strips of lemon skin and cut into fine strips. Zest the remainder of the lemon + juice the other half. Set aside. In a large pot, add salted water, and cook the pasta to the listed time on the package. Start cooking the sauce in a med./lg pot over low heat, add cream, zest + juice, and simmer. Add butter slowly using 1 Tbsp. at a time using a whisk; stir quickly until combined with the cream. Mix thoroughly. Add pasta water as needed and cook for 3-5 min to desired consistency. Drain pasta, add to lemon sauce, wild salmon, and pasta until combined. You can save lemon strips when serving. Add cheese + top with pepper. Enjoy!
