Ingredients:
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream (if serving with chips use Herr’s Creamy Onion Dip or a similar sour cream & onion dip)
- 1 cup dill pickles chopped (Grillo’s or your favorite!)
- 2 tablespoon pickle juice
- 2 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh scallions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1.5 cup Sugartown Smoked Sharp Cheddar Cheese or Smoked Sharp White American Cheese, shredded (reserve 1/2 cup for the topping)
For Garnish: More chopped pickles, top with more dill and chives, once slightly cooled for a few minutes and ready to serve.

Instructions:
1.) Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.) In a large bowl, add:
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- ½ cup mayo
- ½ cup sour cream (or Creamy Onion Dip if serving with chips)
Mix until smooth, using a rubber spatula or hand mixer.
3.) Chop the pickles by hand or pulse in a food processor until finely chopped.
4.) Add to the bowl:
- 1 cup chopped pickles
- 2 tbsp pickle juice
- 2 tbsp chopped dill
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder

- ½ cup shredded mozzarella
Mix until well combined.
5.) Transfer to a baking dish (8x8 inches, lightly greased). Spread the dip evenly and top with the reserved ½ cup of Sugartown’s smoked cheese.
6.) Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly. Want a golden top? Pop it under the broiler for 1–2 minutes—but don’t walk away!
